Omega Protein / Ocean Harvesters has been fined previously for violations of the Clean Water Act by the EPA which cost them $7.5 million in penalties and restitution. Has the EPA turned a blind eye to Omega's continued violations? Where is the science that supports this "dumping" of waste products into our waters? Increase the fines and keep this practice from continuing to happen in our precious waters.
