As this petition has now rec'd over 300 comments vastly in favor of proceeding  with this regulation change I would expect that the Townhall process would move this regulation expediently to the VMRC for approval.

Any attempts by lobbyist of the reduction industry to derail this process should be ignored and this petition should advance immediately to the next Town Hall step according to due process of this agency's intent.
