Something needs to be done to cut back the amount of menhadon taken from the bay and costal where of VA. As an avid fisherman the decline in fish and bait has been extremely obvious and is getting worse each year. It blows my mind that not a single species in the bay cannot be regulated properly for sustainability. We can only take so much from the bay and we have already taken more than we should.
