My family and I have been going to the lower bay, camping, fishing for a long time. To see the fish washed on the beach, or floating past us while fishing  from this reduction fishery, is a total disgrace. What this small fish means to the bay, as far as a prey fish to striper, cobia, dolphins,  osprey, ect. Along with fact that these fish are filter feeders, helping clean the bay, far,far out weigh there value as " fishmeal ".  Lots of room in the ocean, let them fish there.
