Please stop the menhaden fleet in the Chesapeake from the overfishing that is taking place. I have been on the water many times when marine life is all around then the fleet comes through taking everything that is swimming and kills it. The m menhaden they keep and hundreds and hundreds of by catch fish are just killed needlessly and thrown into the bay. This is the most destructive act the human are doing to life in the sea on the East Coast.   Richard Sinsabaugh
