I've tried to wrap my brain around why anyone would want to impose further restrictions on families who take care of their minor children and spouses who take care of their partner? People sacrifice their lives, education, and jobs to stay home and take care of their loved one.  Imposing further regulations and capping their jobs at 40hrs, no overtime, no respite. why would anyone think that was ok? How can people survive on that. How are families able to take care of their loved one and write notes about their day. They new guidelines are horrible and meant to punish families with disabilities. DMAS needs to leave families alone and let them continue under Consumer Direct Care. I say, NO to any transitions to agency!
