Please let parents remain caregivers for minor children and the other parent/guardian remain the EOR without jumping through all these ridiculous and unnecessary hoops. We have not been able to find an attendant and don’t have much community/family support to have someone be the EOR. You should also consider how these new regulations would impact single parents.
