Citizenship as a condition to vote in the Commonwealth

The wording of the petition needs to be modified, "The rule provides a process whereby the sheriff, clerk of court, or other official responsible for maintaining such information provided by the commissioners may enter into an agreement with the general registrar ..." to "... information provided by the commissioners shall enter into an agreement with the general registrar ...".  It is ridiculous that we allow non-citizens to vote in elections whether they are misled by some organization or on purpose and that the DMV is not requiring people to demonstrate and prove they are citizens when they apply for state ID or a driver's license since the REAL ID law has been passed for years and the timeframe keeps getting extended.  The fact that DMV makes REAL ID a revenue source instead of a requirement on application or renewal with no additional up charge is purposely delaying the implementation of this law.  No REAL ID at the time of voting or presentation of proof of citizenship when applying to register to vote to the general registrar for inclusions in the voter database is a disenfranchisement of actual citizens and the definition of the word citizen.  Also, it is time the Commonwealth prosecute people who check the box that they are not a citizen on a jury form, when in actuality they are a citizen just to get out of jury duty.
