Please check VA voter lists with jury surveys. In order to serve on a jury you must be a citizen of the US commonwealth of VA and a resident of this county, not convicted of felony and examined by a sheriff, clerk of court, or official responsible for maintaining such information.  The general registrar would identify registered voters who are no longer qualified to vote and to initiate the maintenance of these procedures according to the law. Please review if the state board has the authority to utilize a juror’s questionnaire for the petitioner’s requested purpose or if the request is in conflict with current statutes.
