Please support this common sense change that will strengthen voter list maintenance.  The GAO and EAC support this tool that even DC applies.  This will help bring back confidence in our elections and is something that most Virginians assume is already being done.  Let's do it before absentee ballots for the November elections are printed and save countless trees!
