Our present system of maintaining voter eligibility is not working well. My ideal version of this proposal would change one word, from “may” to “shall “ in the sentence: “ … sheriff or clerk of court may enter into an agreement with the registrar …”

Doing this would make the process mandatory/automatic, not something that could be neglected
