It is important to ensure that the voter rolls are updated to support election integrity.  The proposed process provides incentive for individuals to report ineligibility for jury duty, which should also identify the need to remove them from the local voter rolls.  I fully support implementing this and any other process to ensure our voter rolls are up to date.
