On the bottom of page 17 and top of page 18, there is a statement regarding individuals receiving TCM services cannot be required to receive another service if receiving case management services. What about services that require clinical focus, such as substance abuse management? Many times, if an individual struggles with a dual diagnosis, this may be asked of an individual to better be able to participate in services and goal management. Would this no longer be applicable? How do we address co-occurring diagnoses that we are not equipped to handle?
