Face-to-face encounters - conflicting information

The manual provides conflicting requirements on how frequently a face-to-face encounter must be held. One place in the manual states every 60 days, another every 90. I recommend that a client contact must be made a minimum of every 30 days, with a face-to-face requirement every 60 days. This allows for the provision of consistent monthly services, while also allowing for telehealth/virtual options if/when needed (ie., due to sickness, weather, etc.), which certainly comes up more frequently in the winter months.
