On page 12, it states that it is preferable for the CM to coordinate all services on behalf of the individual, but this isn't really in line with our goal of trying to help individuals learn skills and strategies to gain more independence and this is a LOT of work to do, especially in the brain injury field and numerous providers who could be a part of this process. This also conflicts with the Active Participation of services need.
