Page 9: If an individual is initially not eligible due to lack of medical documentation, what is the process of continuing to determine eligibility, such as through a Neuropsychological assessment, which takes time? How long does it take to re-assess? Is there a limit if new evidence can be provided? What happens if we continue to serve in consultation status while making that determination for a physician documentation? Who will pick up their care coordination after initial criteria is not met?
