Please, find it in your hearts to support the Arc of Virginia's recommendations concerning the proposed plan to end consumer-directed parental care of children with disabilities. My family used this much needed service for my adopted son with multiple disabilities. Although the salary did not make up for my dalary as a public school nurse, it did help alleviate some of the burden. Please, don't put yet another hurdle in our already much hurdled lives. Thank you for your time, effort and energy into this much- needed program.
