Please do not give a variance to Loudoun County (or any other county in Virginia) allowing the use of back up diesel generators.  Why you would endanger the public health and the environment because of the Data Center's inability to develop a better plan for back up energy?   This is an environmental disaster waiting to happen.  Giving cover to this problem by saying it's just for Loudoun County is just silly.  We all breathe the same air and drink the same water.
