Parents being able to care for their children in the home is the only thing preventing some children from institutions or escalation of behaviors/medical care risking their lives to put it simply. Being able to care for our son in the comfort of his home has been in the best interest of the child, family and community. Most of us are living in survival mode as it is. Please just leave us alone. Please do not remove the consumer directed options for those of us who know how to use it correctly and greatly benefits from those options.
