It is incredibly difficult to find consistent, reliable caregivers for my daughter through agencies. Parents know their children better than anyone and will always go above and beyond for their kids. Complicating an already incredibly complicated system by forcing parents to be employed by agencies will put the health and safety of vulnerable children at risk. Do not go through with the change!
