Just wrong

It's hard enough to find someone that's dependable, trustworthy and clean all in one when you're trying to hire someone to take care of the one you love for a mere eighty cents above minimum wage. Yet, you want to force us to do just that or go through an agency which is even worse or have the agency pay the parent/guardian/family member. Seems to me that the agencies are crying because nobody wants to use them anymore because they also can't find people that have all three things in common. So they're now crying for change and seems you want to give it to them by letting them come in and be the "private inspectors to decide if we are qualified to take care of the person we've cared for over all these years. I strongly urge you to reconsider your decision on this matter and continue to let the parent/guardian/family member take care of the person. They get better care than anyone that from someone off the street - if you can find someone. Most places now start out at $15 hour.
