These changes would force consumer/parents/spouse’s to go to an agency in order to care for their loved ones and everyone should have freedom to choose what’s best for their situation.  Agency directed care has failed consumers for years with their high turnovers and quality/experience of their staff.  They are only in it for the money and making a profit for themselves.  These changes would have a very negative impact on families….please don’t do it!
