Please do not take away the consumer directed care option for parental care takers. The pay is not high enough to attract or retain qualified attendants beyond family members and the country at large has been experiencing the "great resignation," making it even more difficult to find anyone else to do what NEEDS to be done to care for these children. It's already hard enough.
