To even think of a proposal like this is crazy. Who can give greater care to their child then a parent or spouse to spouse. It is hard to find good help with the pay rate that homecare providers receive. Some consumers require 24/7 care. So what do you do when outside help leave to go home after 4 to 6 hours that they have worked. The consumer still need help and guess what the parent is there or the spouse to take care of their spouse.
