We neednbetter pay and benefits. We would long hours and our families or patients depend on long grueling hours. We deserve benefits and competitive pay. We should be paid our worth, and should have pay based on years of service not what a across the board hourly wage for everyone.  I have been working for thus company for 11 years now and my co workers make the same hourly that I do. I am dedicated and loyal and deserve better wages  on my worth.
