Please don't take consumer directed care away from us parents of people with special needs. Who better to take care of a loved one than a family member or parent. We have all been blessed by this program and our loved ones need us not someone from an agency. We've been blessed In getting paid to assist our loved one and in my low income situation I so need the money. I've actually felt like I could live and have a better life for my son.
