There are NO agencies in the Charlottesville area who serve children under 18 providing agency-direct services for the CCC Plus waiver.  Requiring parents, who have been providing personal assistance/attendant care under Appendix K, to come under an agency to continue to be paid to provide the supports their children need, means MANY children will lose services and won't be able to access the CCC Plus.   This will also impact children under 18 with the FIS waiver.  Please find another way to allow parents to continue what they are doing for their children which has been life-saving for many.
