Please keep humane investigators and add more to the present number. These investigators give of their time freely and without charge to the community. They become a voice for abused and neglected animals. Animal abuse is often a precursor to more serious crimes. Please don’t take a step backward on this important issue. Let Virginia lead the way to a more Humane America.
