In an age where we are trying to reduce carbon emissions this is unacceptable. Also, like I mentioned, a lot of the people wanting this have money riding in it ( example Maryann Ghadban who orchestrated the digital gateway.) These people will pack up with their millions of dollars and move away while the citizens invested in living in these areas are stuck with the mess. No ordinary citizen would be ok with this.
