The request for this variance makes clear that too many data centers are being constructed in this area.  It is bad enough that these unsightly, noisy facilities are being placed in historic districts, but now people have to listen to noisy generators and breath in the toxic fumes from them.  These data centers should never have been constructed if there was not adaquate power in the region.  It was known before they were contructed that there were capacity issues.  They made the decision to construct them anyway.  Now they say they need to poison the evirornment to protect their investments.  Deny this!
