CSB's should not be required for service coordination under the FIS Waiver.  People receiving this waiver should have the right to choose the service coordinator outside the CSB.  Service Coordinators should be allowed to have virtual visits and once a month meetings are not necessary and a waste of funds.  Service Facilitators should not be required for Consumers who have Consumer Direct services.  Service Facilitators do not provide any benefits and are a waste of funds.  The regulations between DMAS and DBHDS need to be the same so there is no confusion with the language used.
