Virtual visits have allowed us to keep our family safe and it's very convenient for everyone involved. As busy caregiver parents who are stretched thin juggling many appointments we really appreciate the virtual visits. 

We accomplish everything an in person visit does and the case manager sees our son several times during the virtual meeting.
