Absentee balloting is a right to all citizens. Keep it accessible to everyone who needs it by not limiting or restricting who can vote absentee (nor limiting how it is filled out and submitted). If our legislative body does anything to limit, restrict or complicate access, then it is commiting an illegal act and not doing its job to represent and protect its citizens.
