Periodic review of the Regulations for the Immunization of School Children

“The review of this regulation will be guided by the principles in Executive Order 19.
The purpose of this review is to determine whether this regulation should be repealed, amended, or retained in its current form.”

This regulation should be repealed to protect the children of Virginia from untrustworthy Government agencies.

During my 21 years of military service, I suffered a well documented vaccine injury.  My brave doctors eventually concluded that I should be granted a waiver from the policy that mandated my vaccination and enabled me to serve a long and productive military career.

Vaccine injuries happen.  Pursuant to HR5546-National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, vaccine manufacturers are exempt from liability for any of the children’s lives damaged by their products.  In the Supreme Court ruling on this law, the justices declared that vaccines are an “unavoidably unsafe” product.

The regulations currently in force violate the principles of informed consent for medical procedures, instead opting for forced coercion.  This is unacceptable in a free society.

There should be medical, religious, and conscientious objection allowed for any medical procedure.

The Director of CDC and Pfizer executives have declared publicly and repeatedly that vaccines “DO NOT STOP TRANSMISSION” of disease.  No product that does not impact transmission should be mandated on anyone.  There is NO public benefit to such a mandate.

Covid-19 vaccines are proving to be ineffective at stopping transmission, provide little evidence of medical benefit, and have seen an unprecedented level of serious adverse effects in the Government’s official VAERS database.  Covid vaccines should Not be mandated under any circumstances.

State law currently abdicates the responsibility for vaccination schedule to the NIH and CDC in place of our elected representatives.  This is an unconscionable abdication of responsibility.  The CDC and NIH handling of the Covid-19 crisis with politics, lies and propaganda was harmful to the public.  These agencies have demonstrated a lack of trustworthiness.  State law regarding vaccine schedules should remove all authority from these corrupt agencies and place these decisions in the hands of Virginia legislators.

I would not wish my vaccine injury experience upon anyone.  I am glad to share my story with those making these decisions.  The laws as written should be repealed to protect the children of Virginia.
