State Immunization Regulations

As written, there appears to be nothing about "informed consent."  It is BASIC to the idea of immunization, should be included and must be DEFINED.

The regulations must protect the right to a medical exemption.

It is audacious to consider regulating vaccines for home-schooled children.  Requiring vaccines for them infringe on the rights of both parent and child.  Same for children in private schools.  Keep in mind that the state does not OWN sthe children.  They belong to their parents.

If you intend to continue with the vaccine schedule for public school children, do not add the Covid-19 shots in that schedule.  There is ample evidence now the the covid-19 vaccine is associated with heart inflammation, cardiac arrhythmia and DEATH.  It is unconscionable to even think of requiring that shot for children.  It must remain voluntary, if anything, and then only with INFORMED consent.

Regulations for immunization of school children should be REPEALED, generally.  Parents should be the judges of whether or to to vaccinate their children at all.
