Thank you for the opportunity to comment:

 

  • Non profits should be able to deduct salaries and wages as a business expense. The recording keeping as well as the necessary labor that exists to operate gaming is real and costly.
  • Deposit frequency should remain at 1 time per week. This does not affect the ability to audit.
  • The amount of 40% being required is particularly troublesome based on the method of calculation and the inability to deduct generally accepted business expenses.
