Comment: Pull Tab games have an average return to player of 80%.  That leaves $0.20 per dollar played.  Out of that we must pay the cost of the pull tab tickets which is increasing due to supply chain shortages, inflation, etc. and the cost of operations. This fee applied to Gross sales is excessive.

Suggestion:  Please apply the fee to the Pull Tab Gross minus prizes paid.
