11VAC20-20-60 Conduct of bingo, paper instant bingo, paper pull-tabs, paper seal cards, event games, network bingo, electronic gaming and raffles.

Para L 2. Pay for all charitable gaming supplies and electronic gaming supplies, including the use of electronic gaming device, only by a check drawn on the charitable gaming account of the organization.

  1.  Electronic gaming has its own account.  Why are we using Charitable Gaming account to pay for EG supplies?
  2. This rule is archaic; most transaction are done by electronic funds transfer

Recommendation:  Combine EGD account with the Charitable Gaming account.  Permit electronic funds transfer as a condition for payment of supplies.
