By instituting these new regulations you will be closing the doors on many Fraternal organizations. The main purpose of these organizations is to support local communities and charitable organizations.
These organizations are able to survive because of the gaming money to pay mortgages, rent, utilities, services, taxes, wages, which then allows them to give to the communities and charitable organizations. No building, not able to pay for utilities, no employees means no charitable gaming. Communities and charitable organizations with suffer, being that some of fraternities have been around for over 100 years.
The tax and use of proceeds needs to be looked at again.
