Charitable Gaming Regulations

The 40% mandatory charitable gaming donations is steep. I think the state should follow the federal 10% donation percental. Our organization donates well over the 10%. If you dont lower the percentage our club may not survive and our local schools, sports teams, and student organizations and local community members that we support wont have the support that they had in the past. Also, our organization is small and dont have the manpower to be able do daily deposits. I think a weekly deposit is more realistic. In regaurds to how we spend the left over money, it should be left up to the club to be able use it for salaries, utilities, maintenance,  etc.
