The loss of Chairitable organizations

Many organizations such as the Moose, Elks, Eagles, VFW, American Legion have long been the sole source of charity in many towns across VA.  Out organizations in some locations rely solely on gaming to support their facilities, charities, and those individuals in need.  VA has never wanted organized gaming, and allowed these organizations to raise funds through bingo, pull tabs, gaming machines. These funds helped veterans, children, the poor, and the elderly.  Now that big time gaming has come to VA, they have forced VA government to try and shut down the organizations that are their to help the citizens of VA.  Do not pass this new bill, do not hurt the people you were sent to Richmond to protect.  Do the right thing!  Your bill will shut down these organizations and the loss to many communities will be felt across the state.
