The framework does not fit the frame. This mater plan only protects the profit and not the planet or the people. There is no consideration for the accumulative environmental impacts on what is truly happening that is we are sinking not eroding. We do not want to become a Playbook like our sister neighbors,  Eastern shores. Go back and include the inception of the 24 inch transmission pipeline on Crittenden Road. There needs to be a re-mitigation of the 1plus million gallons of water that is impacting the aquifer. There needs to be a moratorium on roof tops and warehouses. We must respect Mother nature. Something technology cannot fix.
