While I completely understand the desire to help charities, how does imposing an major TAX burden on a Congressionally Chartered organization, such as the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) help?!  All of the VFW members gave a portion of their LIVES to this nation, and some gave their LIVES, and now you want to impose this tax...

How many members of the VA legislature that SUPPORT this new Tax have ever SERVED???

The VFW Congressional Charter states the purpose of our organization is fraternal, patriotic, historical, charitable, and educational, and is to preserve and strengthen comradeship among its members.
