40% proposed tax

This is going to hurt charity in our community. Our club has given to our local schools, local fire stations, local libraries, local residents with needs, the VA hospital in Salem, etc. We live in a poor area in Virginia and our charitable contributions are a big help. This law will make us have to stop doing for the community. Is the Virginia State Government going to pick up the slack and give to these charitable needs? The schools are underfunded and turns to private clubs like ours for financial help. When we can’t help, where will these schools etc. turn for financial help? 40% tax is ridiculous and it’s as if the state is robbing us and preventing us from helping our community. This law SHOULD NOT be passed.
