Proposed Charitable Gaming Changes

Good Evening

To approve the proposed regulations that are now being considered would seriously decrease the ability of Fraternal, Veterans and other similar organizations to provide very critical services to their communities.

This service is not just at a minimal, but greatly spread throughout the Commonwealth.

Food Banks, USOs, Feeding the Military Families, Youth Camps, Drug Awareness, Cancer Research, providing clothing for the needy, Scholarships, Medical Aid for citizens in need, and the list goes on and on.

These organizations are not competing with larger groups, but are working together to make our Commonwealth a better place to live.

We are depending on these proposed regulations not being approved in order that we may continue to provide our volunteer services to our communities.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely yours,

Bill Tennis
