Charitable gaming regulations

To whom it may concern, I'm going to use a prime example of why this law should never have passed and included charitable gaming of our fraternal orders. We recently raised $10,000 to make a girls make a wish dream come true in the Fredericksburg Virginia community. This work was done through donations from our members. Raffles 50/50s and any other way we could bring in the money with just our members paying for it. Now with these new regulations we would still be in the process of trying to raise that money because everyone wants their cut. This legislation is a far reach in what our legislators should be doing. This plan needs to be voted out of existence.
