Under the thin veil of fixing a problem that doesn't exist, the Virginia State Board of Elections is trying to deprive qualified and honorable voters from exercising their constitutionally mandated privilege. Study after study has shown that "voter fraud" is virtually nonexistent. On the other hand, restrictions on the right to vote and on the ease with which we vote represent a purely partisan effort to deprive our state of voices that must and should be heard. If the Board of Elections succeeds in this effort, the members of it should be ashamed of themselves.
