What you are proposing will take the right to vote away from many people just because they don't have the best of handwriting.  We should be encouraging as many people as possible to take part in elections--to get up to the levels in other democracies.  Please maintain the current, pefectly fine regulations.  There is virtually zero voter fraud in Virginia already.
