One observer described actions like these,which are apparently occuring in 34 Republican dominated states across the country, as "solutions" without a problem. Voter fraud is a virtually non-existent in this country, The changes proposed by the Republican appointed State Board of Elections seem to me to be designed not to prevent fraud, but probably to disqualify voters who may represent a Democratic constituency.  Shame on you.
