Do I understand that the Governor-appointed State Elections Board can disqualify a duly registered voter for sloppy penmanship such as not crossing t's or doting i's? i find that amusing in that another state is changing their school ciricullum (sp)  by NOT teaching cursive writing. I guess that would disqualify most of that states voters! As for me, my penmanship is poor at best and occasionally do not cross the T in my first and last names. qa
